Breakfast
Butternut, Apple, and Chicken Sausage Hash…comforting butternut squash, savory chicken sausage and a touch of sweetness from apples. A filling meal to begin your day.
Loaded Veggie Sausage Frittata…Eggs studded with portabella mushrooms, avocado, asparagus and chorizo then baked in a hot cast iron skillet.
Raspberry Banana Chia Pudding…a rich, subtly sweet chia pudding made with homemade almond milk and banana puree. The fresh raspberry and slivered almond topping lends the perfect tang and crunch.
LUNCH & DINNER
Roasted Thyme-Smothered Chicken…Chicken with crispy skin and a juicy interior, just how it should be. Served with crispy smashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus.
Loaded Italian Meatballs…Succulent turkey meatballs loaded with traditional Italian seasonings and veggies. Served with a classic marinara sauce and zucchini noodles (option for sweet potato or butternut squash noodles).
Thai Meatballs…While we are on the subject of meatballs, there’s more! This time, we are traveling East: Turkey meatballs studded with carrots and scallions go swimming in a Thai ginger sauce, all served over fried cauliflower rice.
All-American Burgers…A perfectly grilled burger made with organic, grass-fed beef and all the fix-ins. Need I say more? For those on the Whole 30, this is served on a lettuce bun (hold the cheese). Served with a side of truffle sweet potato fries and homemade ketchup.
Avgolemono (Greek Lemon Chicken Soup)…Don’t be intimidated by the name - I made the mistake of not discovering Avgolemono, or Greek Lemon Chicken Soup, until I was 28. There’s nothing more comforting than a bowl of this hot, lemony soup thickened with egg. It is a unique and welcome remix to the traditional flavors of chicken soup: shredded chicken, spinach, and cauliflower rice in a lemony chicken broth.
Grilled Teriyaki Salmon…Tender salmon fillets are grilled and drizzled with a sticky, date-sweetened teriyaki sauce. Served on a bed of greens with roasted carrots.
