Weekly meal preparation: how it works
Meet with Suzanna for a personal consultation
During this meeting, we will discuss your dietary preferences and any specific goals or needs. Meeting in-person enables me to get to know each client and learn about dietary preferences more thoroughly so that I can plan customized menus that you love.
I will provide a straight-forward intake form for you to fill out that asks for information about preferences and kitchen tools (so that I can bring any you may not have!)
Schedule a cook date
Three days before our scheduled cook date, I will send you a draft of the menu to be prepared. If there’s anything you would like to change, you can let me know two days in advance.
On our cook date, I will do the grocery shopping then come to your home and prepare the menu in your kitchen.
Meals will be labeled in containers in your refrigerator along with specific instructions for reheating and serving. All dishes will be cleaned and your kitchen will be left just as clean as it was found. When you return home from work, your only job is to enjoy a tasty dinner!
To continue this service after your first cook date, we will schedule a weekly cook date.
PRICING & Frequently asked questions
Pricing: Pricing is determined by total number of servings and starts at $300 for up to 10 servings (servings can be breakfast, lunch, or dinner). As this service is fully customized, we will discuss pricing in our consultation based on your needs. This excludes the cost of groceries, which will be reimbursed at cost.
Who hires a personal chef? The service is suited to anyone looking to save time, minimize processed/prepared foods, or get healthier!

What kitchen equipment is required? Minimal kitchen tools are required for this service - just a working stove, oven, and counter-space. In our consultation, we will discuss this more thoroughly so I can plan menus appropriately and bring kitchen tools you may not have.
